Terms of service
Last updated 9 October 2026
These terms cover your use of Soch Content Studio. By creating an account you agree to them.
Your account
- You must give a working email address and keep your password to yourself.
- An account’s owner is responsible for the people they invite to it.
- Use the service for your own LinkedIn presence, or one you are authorised to manage.
Your content
- What you give us and what we make for you is yours. We use it only to provide the service.
- Drafts are suggestions. You are responsible for what you publish, and for checking it is accurate.
- Do not use the service to write anything unlawful, deceptive, or that infringes someone else’s rights.
- Respect LinkedIn’s own terms when you publish.
Plans, credits and payment
- Plans renew monthly until cancelled. Cancel any time from the Billing page; the plan runs to the end of the period you paid for.
- Each action costs the number of credits shown on the pricing page at the time. Credits are taken when work is delivered; work that fails is not charged.
- Credits are not cash and are not refundable, but credits you have paid for are not removed when you cancel.
- Saving a card starts nothing and charges nothing. It gives one intake’s worth of credits, once per card.
- We may pause paid work on an account while we look into unusual use, and will tell you if we do.
The service
- We work to keep it running and your data safe, but provide it as it is, without a guarantee that it is uninterrupted or error-free.
- Our liability to you is limited to what you paid us in the twelve months before a claim.
- We may change these terms; we will tell you by email before a change that affects you takes effect.
