Privacy

Soch Content Studio (“we”) helps you plan and write LinkedIn content. This page says what we collect, why, who else sees it, and what you can ask us to do with it.

What we collect

• Your account: name, email address and a password (stored by our authentication provider, never by us in readable form).
• What you give us: your LinkedIn profile link, what you write about yourself, notes, screenshots, logos and edits.
• What we read publicly on LinkedIn for you: your public profile, your recent public posts and comments, and the public posts of people you ask us to engage with.
• What we make for you: strategies, themes, ideas, posts, images, comments and replies.
• Billing: your plan and credit balance. Card details go to Stripe and never reach us.
• Operational records: which actions you took and when, and error reports, so we can keep the service working.

Who else processes it

• Supabase: our database, file storage and sign-in.
• Anthropic: the AI models that write your strategy and drafts. Your content is sent to them to do that work.
• Apify: reads public LinkedIn pages on our behalf.
• Replicate: generates images, from prompts we write.
• Stripe: payments.
• Google: only if you connect your Google account to export to Sheets; the file is created in your own Drive.
• Sentry: error reports, which carry account identifiers but not your content.
• Railway: hosts the application.

What we do not do

• We do not sell your data or use it for advertising.
• We do not post to LinkedIn for you. Everything we draft is for you to approve and publish yourself.
• Our team does not open your workspace unless you ask us to for support, and then only with access that expires.

How long we keep it

For as long as your account is open. Ask us to close it and we delete your workspaces and files within 30 days, except billing records we are required to keep.

Your rights

You can export your content at any time (Export to Sheet), correct it in the app, and ask us to delete your account or tell you what we hold about you by writing to ahmad@withsoch.com.
